Manon Delisle Info:
I've been with Royal Lepage since 1998, a full time real estate broker in 2002. I devote myself mostly for the military relocation, why? ...my dad was in the 22nd regiment so it helps me understand how the families are feeling and their needs. Being a bilingual real estate broker (french/english) in a french area ease the process of finding a new home to the newcomers to St-Jean by helping them with all the technical aspect of the transaction and to discover St-Jean-sur-Richelieu. I also work with other profesionals and specialists (lawyers, notary, inspectors...) that offer the same advantages.
Listed on the Directory of Participating Suppliers for Brookfield Relocation Services. BGRS. (Transferees from the Public Service, Department of National Defence and Royal Canadian Mounted Police will be provided with access to the RLRS Directory for selection of suppliers applicable to their relocation.)
Jean-Pierre Hénès Info:
I am a real estate broker since 2006, a second career after 20 years holding a position at the direction of Collège Charles-Lemoyne.
In 2007, I took my Chartered Real Estate Broker course which I passed.
Since 2007, I am a chartered real estate broker and I am very proud of it because few brokers have this license (5%).
From the beginning I understood that it was necessary to work hard to achieve in this very competitive trade.
