Remarks

-Minimum of 24h notice for visit requests.

-The tenant should respect all the rules & regulations of the building. The tenant will take full responsibility regarding any fine resulting due to the lack of respect of the obligation.

-No subleasing, no air bnb or modification in any way is allowed without the written approval of the landlord.

-Non smoking , no animals allowed.

-The condo has to be "given back" in the same condition as delivered except for the normal "time degradation".

-The payment of the rent, will be sent to the landlord every first day of the month via electronic transfer /email or checks.

-References, positive credit verification and proof of employment /revenu/funds are required before accepting an offer at the satisfaction of the owner.

-Before occupation the tenant should send the landlord a proof of civile insurance (Cover 2M$).
